State Government ने प्रशिक्षु Shikshak Bharti में 5th counselling  19 से 23 March 2015 तक कराने का निर्णय लिया हैै। इसमें सभी वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी शामिल हो सकेंगे। आरक्षित वर्ग के अभ्यर्थी अब 65 के स्थान पर 60 और General Category वर्ग के पूर्व की तरह 70 % अंक पर पात्र होंगे। नियुक्ति पत्र 26 to 27 March 2015  को बांटे जाएंगे। Niyukti Patra लेने वालों को 15 April 2015 तक हर हाल में जॉइन करना होगा, इसके बाद उनका चयन रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।

2. 10th certificate
3. 12th Mark sheet
4. 12th Certificate
5. Graduation Mark sheets of all years
6. Graduation Certificate if not original then New Provisional certificate required with Validate 6 Month.
7. B.Ed. Mark sheet
8. B.Ed. Degree or Its New Provisional certificate required with Validate 6 Month.
9. Caste Certificate only For {OBC/SC/ ST/MINORITY/other reservation category candidates}
10. Handicapped Certificate/Ex Service Man Certificate/FF Certificate If Applicable
11. Domicile Certificate {new, Old both} if not have new then Old Compulsory
12. Character certificate which Release by Your B.Ed. College OR 2 New Character certificate issued by two any different-different Gazette Officer.
13. A deceleration on non judicial Stamp of Rs.10 as mention in notification.
14. Your recent photograph of passport size.
15. Identity Proof Like voter card/Pan card/bank passbook/Driving license/ other
16. NCTE Certificate for college Affliction Verification issued by Your B.Ed. College or NCTE Website.
17. 4 sets Photocopy of your all Documents.
18. TET 2011 certificate Original Note -if your mark sheets/ certificate or any other documents have any Minor Spelling Mistake then prepare a affidavit of Notary Advocate. Cast/domicile certificate must be online.
