Age Limit: Candidates minimum age of entry is 18 years and retirement age is 60 years for S.Nos 1 to 31, minimum age of entry is 18 years and not more than 37 years for S.No 32 as on last date of receipt of applications. Age relaxations are applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Ph.D. in any Branch of Veterinary Science/Animal Science/Fisheries for S.No 1, 5, 9, B.V.Sc. & A.H./ B.V.Sc. at least second division with Ph.D. in any branch of Veterinary & Animal Science for S.No 2, Ph.D. in any Branch of Veterinary Science for S.No 3, 6, Ph.D. in any Branch of Dairy Science & Technology for S.No 4, Graduate with second division or a Postgraduate for S.No 7 with relevant experiences refer notification for post wise qualification details.

Application Form: Obtainable from the office of Registrar GADVASU, Ludhiana on any working day from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. in cash at the counter or by sending Bank Draft in favour of the Comptroller, GADVASU, Ludhiana along with self addressed envelope (28x12cms) bearing postage stamps of Rs 45/-.

Application forms obtained from the Office of Registrar in person or by post: Candidates need to pay Rs 1000/- for S.Nos 1 to 10, Rs. 750/- for S.Nos 11 & 12, Rs. 600/- for S.Nos 13 to 32.

Application forms downloaded from the university website: Candidates need to pay Rs. 1300/- for S.Nos 1 to 10, Rs. 1050/- for S.No 11& 12, Rs. 900 for S.Nos 13 to 32 in the form of Bank Draft in favour of Comptroller, GADVASU payable at Ludhiana.
