Govt. of India, Ministry of Defence, Indian Ordnance Factories,
Ordnance Factory, Muradnagar, District Ghaziabad has announced
notification for the recruitment of 88 Tradesman (Semi-Skilled)
vacancies in various Trades. Eligible candidates can apply online from
28-02-2015 (Saturday) to 20-03-2015 (Friday) & send the printout (hard copy) of online application on or before 30-03-2015 & for Special areas on or before 06-04-2015 (Monday) (Being 05-04-2015 Sunday).

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-32 years as on the date of online application. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Matriculation + NAC/ NTC Certificate issued
by NCVT in the trades of Mechanical and Metallurgical Stream only for
S.No.1 post, Matriculation + 03 years Experience certificate issued by
at least Registered Small Scale Industry (SSI) in working area for
S.No.14 post, Matriculation + Valid Heavy Vehicles Driving license + 03
years Experience certificate for S.No.13 post, Matriculation + NAC/ NTC
issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) in the
relevant trade for Other Posts. Refer the notification for complete
details.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test/ Trade Test.
Examination Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.50/-
(Wherever applicable) online through SBI/ SBI Ass./ Other banks by
Internet banking/ATM cum Debit Card/Credit Card. The candidate may also
deposit application fee through Cash/ Cheque at any SBI Branch. There is
no Fee for SC/ ST/ Ex– Serviceman/ Women and Persons With Disabilities
(PWD).
How to Apply: Eligible Candidates can apply online
through the website ofm.gov.in from from 28-02-2015 (Saturday) to
20-03-2015 (Friday). After completion of Online submission printout of
the filled application form duly signed and impression of left hand
thumb (Right Hand in case of females) at proper place alongwith
educational/ Technical qualification Matriculation and onwards) and SC/
ST/ OBC/ PH/ EX.SM Certificate(if applicable) should be sent to the
General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Muradnagar, Distt. Ghziabad (UP) Pin –
201 206 in an envelope, clearly written on top of envelope with words
(in capital letters) i.e. “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF —– TRADE” so as
to reach within 10 days i.e. by 30-03-2015 (Monday)/16 days (Special
areas) i.e. by 06-04-2015 (Monday) (Being 05-04-2015 Sunday).
Instructions for Online Applicants:
1. Log on to ofm.gov.in (applicant should fill the form only in English language).
2. Click on link “Recruitment”.
3. Read the Instructions given in detailed advertisement carefully, before filling and submitting the application online.
4. Upload the passport size photo (Max size 50 KB) and signature (Max size 10KB).
5. Click on the Tab “Apply Online”.
6. After filling the online form please click on the “Submit” button.
7. Candidates for which fee are applicable, the hard copy of application
form can only be printed at least after 48 hrs. of making online
payment.
8. After than deposit application fee through relevant process.
9. Check the status of the online application form (Received/ Accepted/
