Eligibility Criteria :

• Educational Qualification :
• For Pharmacist : D Pharma or B Pharma.
• For Staff  Nurse : BSc Nursing / GNM and 1 Year for BSc Nursing/ 3 Years’ Experience for GNM.
• For Radiographer Trainee : Degree in Radiography/ Medical Radiological Technology/ Medical Imaging Technology OR Or Diploma in Radiological Technology Degree in Radiography/ Medical Radiological Technology/ Medical Imaging Technology.
• Nationality : Indian

Age Limit : As on 01.01.2015

• For Pharmacist & Staff  Nurse : 45 years
• For Radiographer Trainee : 28 years
